桃園市近年推動航空城計畫，大園區面臨台灣史上最大規模的區段徵收案，政府徵收3100多公頃的土地，將近5000戶居民被迫離開家園，其中造成的是許多人一輩子的變動，開發後從小到大熟悉的街廓將不復存在，現有的地景樣態也將成為一片平地。
《有人問我公理和正義的問題》引用自詩楊牧的詩詞，透過重回事件現場的唸詩行動，藉以回應在面臨巨大的社會變動之際，藝術如何介入、參與或是發聲。影像中六個場景位於徵收區內不同的里，分別對應不同的事件，數十年的蚊子館、休耕農田、百年古厝聚落、即將拆除的廟宇、工程用巨型土丘、優先徵收區的拆除現場，圍繞在與人生活最貼近且充滿爭議的地點，輕柔的唸一首充滿反抗姿態卻又同時自省的詩。
影像內容游移在複雜的土地議題與自身生命之間，回應田野過程中的不斷推進以及反思，於此同時建構生命觀、藝術思想及視覺語言，透過「散文電影（essay film）」的理論模型以及「行動電影」概念，並以田野式的藝術研究為根基，從個人擴及到群體、社會之間，探尋藝術如何成為一種能夠溝通的語言。

In recent years, Taoyuan City has been promoting the Taoyuan Aerotropolis, and the Dayuan District is facing the most significant expropriation case in Taiwan's history. The government has expropriated more than 3,100 hectares of land, forcing nearly 5,000 households to leave their homes, causing life-long changes in many people's lives. After the development, the familiar street contours since childhood will no longer exist, and the landscape will become dull.
Because of my family's long-time residence in the area, the construction impacted me directly and indirectly. Since 2019 I started a series of video shooting and actions to establish a network with local residents through multiple field studies, documenting the development progress and the residents' life history.
Via actions, writing, publishing, photography, and documentary, I reflect on land justice and respond to the life politics that we are encountering. Also, spreading the word about what is happening so that we could provide an alternative path to returning home before it becomes a wasteland.
